People have the Power.

In mid-April, our founder Judy Shatkin had an idea—what if we could build a movement that supports people and their inalienable rights—rights that are now being threatened and violated every day? 
 
 Democracy 12 was born. 
 
Since then, we’ve united allies and activists from all walks of life, all over the country and the world.
 
Democracy 12 is a rallying cry for concerned citizens, fired-up resistors, musicians, artists, introverts, thoughtful people, and all humans for the rights and government we deserve. 

We are a non-partisan group, and we believe that the ills that plague our system are not on one side or the other, but are baked in to how our government has been run for quite some time.

And we're marching from Philadelphia to DC to create a bold movement for lasting change.
